Sponsorship

As a sponsor of the Well-Fit Elite Team, your company will be the exclusive sponsor its business sector, providing access to the more than 400 athletes currently enrolled in one or more of Well-Fit's training programs, and the nearly 2,400 current and former Well-Fit athletes who receive the e-newsletter. Additionally, the sponsorship will be announced on the Well-Fit web site via placement of your company's logo on Well-Fit's home page and by an announcement in all e-newsletter communications. Finally, the company's banner can be flown and your company's representatives can be guests at each race where Well-Fit maintains a designated reception area, including the following races in 2008: Accenture Chicago Triathlon (and expo), Bigfoot, U.S. Women's Triathlon in Naperville, Harbor Lights in Winnetka, Spirit of Racine, and Steelhead Ironman 70.3.

Well-Fit offers the following levels of sponsorship for both the Elite Team and the Well-Fit Triathlon and Training program:

Elite Presenting Sponsor

The Presenting Sponsor receives all of the benefits set forth below. Additionally, all apparel for the Well-Fit Elite Team will be based on your company's color scheme and logo (think: US Postal Service and Lance Armstrong), the Elite team will be referred to as the Well-Fit Elite Triathlon Team presented by YOUR COMPANY HERE in all marketing materials and press releases, and your company will receive a framed team jersey, an unframed team jersey, and additional jerseys and other Well-Fit Elite "schwag" will be available at cost.

Elite Supporting Sponsor

The Supporting Sponsor receives the benefits of the Well-Fit Sponsor set forth below, and logo placement on the back of the Elite Team jersey.

Well-Fit Sponsor

The Well-Fit Sponsor receives the benefits listed in the right hand column on page 5 of this proposal. The Well-Fit Sponsor is not directly affiliated with the Elite team.

Open Sponsor

The terms of the Open Sponsor are subject are open to negotiation and may include any of the terms set forth in this proposal or additional terms that the parties may present.
